The state of Oregon provided James W. Van Loon with a law license in 1979.

The Oregon State Bar found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct

• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Knowingly misused the legal process
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
