Attorney Diane Gruber of West Linn, OR; cheater

The state of Oregon provided Diane L. Gruber with a law license in 1986.

The Oregon State Bar found Diane guilty of the following misconduct

Diane found it acceptable to bill her ex-client (victim) 18% interest in addition to attorney fees for the time she spent responding to an ethics complaint filed by the ex-client.

Diane’s conduct violated the prohibition against charging an illegal or clearly excessive fee.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Diane by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2014) Diane practices with Gruber & Associates PC at 5400 Windsor Terrace in West Linn, Oregon.
