Attorney Claudia Cullison of Portland, OR; slacker, loser

The state of Oregon provided Claudia A. Cullison with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from the University of Oregon Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Amelia guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to keep a client reasonably informed about the status of a matter and promptly comply with
  • reasonable requests for information
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
  • Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make
  • informed decisions regarding the representation
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Claudia!)
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation that reflects adversely
  • on the lawyer’s fitness to practice law

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Claudia by gifting her with a complimentary 5-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2023), Claudia practices her so-called brand of law with the Bankruptcy Law Firm at 15930 SW Roshak Road in Portland, Oregon.
