The State of Oregon presented Lori Andrew Gramson with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from Williamette University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Loren guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to file inventor of estate’s assets when due
• Failed to file annual estate accounting when it was due
• Terminated after failing to respond to repeated communications from client for six months
• Failed to publish required notice to creditors and interested person in the probate case
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Manny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 60-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Lyle.
