Attorney Kelsey Coulter of Portland, OR; slacker, loser

The state of Oregon provided Kelsey M. Coulter with a law license in 2013 after she graduated from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College School of Law.

The Oregon State Bar found Kelsey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Vulnerability of the victim in that she was having significant financial difficulties
• Failed to take any steps to prepare written order reflecting the court’s oral rulings
• Failed to submit written order for the court’s signature
• Failed to file an order requiring the withholding of wages from the husband’s paychecks

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Kelsey by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. April 2019) Kelsey practices with Wiscarson Law PC at 3330 NW Yeon Avenue in Portland, Oregon.
