Attorney Frederic Cann of Portland, OR; ethical troll

The state of Oregon provided Frederic Ernest Cann with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Boston College Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Freddy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Violated duty to maintain personal integrity
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Deceived client and court for four (4) years
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Selfish motive involved in misconduct
• Victim of misconduct was vulnerable
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary 180-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2018) Freddy practices with Cann Lawyers PC at 851 SW 6^th Avenue in Portland, Oregon.
