Attorney Patrick Foley of Harbor, OR; ethical dwarf

The state of Oregon provided Patrick R. Foley with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from American University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar Court found Patty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide opposing counsel with copy of document subpoena
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Intentionally and/or habitually violated established rules of procedure
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Victims of misconduct were vulnerable

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.   

As we speak (May 2017), Patty practices with the Law Offices of Patrick R. Foley at 07900 Shopping Center Avenue in Harbor, Oregon.
