Attorney Richard Cohen of Clackamas, OR; serial offender

The state of Oregon provided Richard D. Cohen with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dick found it acceptable to neglect a legal matter that was entrusted to him.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Dick’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license and one (1) reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2016) Dick practices with Cohen & Coit PC at 9200 SE Sunnybrook in Clackamas, Oregon.
