Attorney Brett Sanger of Oklahoma City; ethical leprechaun

The state of Oklahoma presented Robert L. Johnston with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the Oklahoma City University Law School.

The Oklahoma Bar Association found Brett guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
  2. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  3. Failed to communicate with clients
  4. Violated or attempted to violate conduct rules or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so
  5. Engaged in a conflict of interest
  6. Failed to safeguard client’s property
  7. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  8. Failed to expedite litigation
  9. Failed to cooperate fully with disciplinary agency (Up Yours, said Bret!)
  10. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oklahoma Supreme Court punished Brett by gifting him with a complimentary 5-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2014) Brett practices at 5221 NW 128th Street in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
