Attorney Robert Newark of Edmond, OK; lying loser  

The state of Oklahoma provided Robert Clarence Newark with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law.  

The Oklahoma Bar Association found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Neglected client legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to adequately prepare for trial
• Allowed for a default judgment to be rendered against his client
• Failed to keep his client reasonably informed about the status of the legal matter
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Made misrepresentations regarding the status of his client's legal matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oklahoma Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure and assessed investigative costs of $931,20.

As we speak (ca. February 2023), Bobby practices her so-called brand of law at 2500 S. Broadway in Edmond, Oklahoma.
