Attorney Shawnnessy Black of Oklahoma City; cheating slacker 

The state of Oklahoma provided Shawnnessy Murphy Black with a law license in 2002 after she graduated from the University of Oklahoma School of Law.

The Oklahoma Bar Association found Shawn guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Missed appearing on behalf of clients at scheduled court hearings
• Failed to provide accountings to clients
• Failed to communicate with his clients
• Involved in fee disputes with his clients
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the Administration of Justice
• Failed to promptly refund unearned fees (cheater)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oklahoma Supreme Court punished Shawn by gifting her with a complimentary censure.
