Attorney Jack Brand of Cincinnati; ethical dwarf

The state of Ohio presented Jack Irwin Brand with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of California Berkeley (CAL) School of Law. 

The Disciplinary Counsel found Jackie guilty of the following conduct.

• Failed to comply with mandatory Continuing Legal Education Requirements (Up yours, said Jackie!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Jackie gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license and sanctioned him in the amount of $100.00.

As we speak (ca. June 2021), Jackie practices his brand of law at 6530 Hudson Parkway in Cincinnati, Ohio.
