The state of New Jersey presented Christopher J. Basner with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Washington University School of Law. Chris also obtained a license to practice in Pennsylvania in 2008.
The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Chris guilty of engaging in the following misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Wayne by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.
