Attorney Robert Bernot of Flemington, NJ; ethical gnome

The State of New Jersey presented Robert J. Bernot with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law
• Displayed flagrant disregard for disciplinary system

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. June 2019) Bobby practices at 26 Main Street in Flemington, New Jersey.
