Attorney Daniel Thayer of Grand Island, NE; ethical dwarf

The state of Nebraska presented Daniel J. Thayer with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Nebraska Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Violated his oath of office as an attorney
• Failed to accurately review client billing statement
• Failed to perfect service of subpoenas on appropriate entities

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Danny practices with Thayer & Thayer PC, LLO at 1425 North Webb Road in Grand Island, Nebraska.
