Attorney Valencia Broadus of Kansas City, MO; slacker, loser

The state of Missouri presented Valencia Jealana Broadus with a law license in 1997 after she graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Valencia guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Valencia!)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• ailed to take reasonable steps to protect client interests after being terminated
• Made a false statement of fact to a third person

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Valencia by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license.   

As we speak (ca. September 2022), Valencia practices her so-called brand of law at in Kansas City, Missouri.
