Attorney Jeffrey Millar of St. Louis, MO; drunken convict

The state of Missouri presented Jeffrey Andrew James Millar with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Jeff guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Found guilty of operating vehicle while under influence of prescription drugs, resulting in car accident

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. February 2021), Jeff practices at 12201 Big Bend Blvd in St. Louis, Missouri.
