Attorney Andrew Aller of Chanhassen, MN; drunken loser

The state of California provided Andrew Thomas Ketterson Aller with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from California Western University Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Andy guilty of the following misconduct.

On a late August evening, Andy drove his care after boozing it up and struck and seriously injured a pedestrian. Andy was later charged with felony hit and run driving and driving under the influence (DUI). Subsequently, Andy pleaded guilty to the first count which led the DA to dismiss the second count.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t the first time Andy was convicted of driving under the influence. In fact, when the August incident took place, Andy was on probation.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2014), Andy practices with the Law Office of Andrew Aller at 7730 Laredo Drive in Chanhassen, Minnesota.
