The state of Minnesota presented Donald J. Fraley with a law license in 1957 after he graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School.

 

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Done guilty of the following misconduct.

 

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Don by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Don practices at 1055 East Wayzata Blvd in Wayzata, Minnesota.

  • Collected attorney fees in worker’s compensation case without comply with the law
  • Improperly obtained signature on attorney fee withholding request
  • Improperly provided financial assistance to client
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

  1. Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
  2. Charged an unreasonable fee (cheater)
  3. Engaged in a conflict of interest
  4. Failed to properly supervise office staff
  5. Failed to maintain accurate books and records
  6. Improperly shared fees with suspended lawyer

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Don by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.
