Attorney Don Bye of Duluth; certified drunk

The state of Minnesota presented Don Bye with a law license in 1963 after he graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Don guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Donnie knowingly violated the terms of his private supervised probation by failing to maintain total abstinence from alcohol.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Don by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
