Attorney Katayoun Mohammad-Zadeh of Long Lake, MN; liar

The state of Wisconsin presented Katayoun Mohammad-Zadeh with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Katayoun guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to provide competent legal representation (Dufus)
  2. Failed to communicate with clients
  3. Lied to clients about status of legal matter
  4. Falsified receipt
  5. Failed to pursue client matter with reasonable diligence (slacker)
In one matter, Katayoun was hired to pursue immigration matters for two clients. During his so-called representation, he knowingly lied to the clients that she had filed a petition for permanent residence. Katayoun went further by fabricating a receipt for a filing fee falsely sating that a petition had been filed when, in fact, it had not.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme
Court punished Katayoun by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2012) Katayoun practices at 2095 Salem Court in Long Lake, Minnesota.
