Attorney David Kraker of Minneapolis, MN; slacker, serial offender

The state of Minnesota presented David Kraker with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Davie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

FYI: Davey has previously received six (6) complimentary reprimands for failing to act with due diligence (slacker and for failing to communicate with his clients

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to provide client accounting of client funds
• Failed to promptly pay or deliver to the client or third person as requested the funds
• Failed to deposit all fees in advance of the legal services being performed into a trust account and withdraw the fees as earned

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Davie by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

• Failed to explain matter to permit his client to make an informed decision

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Davie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
