Attorney Chad Roggeman of St. Cloud, MN; moronic liar

The state of Minnesota presented Chad Michael Roggeman with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Hamline School of Law.

FYI: Hamline is ranked as the 164th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Chad guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Neglected client matter
  • Failed to comply with court rules
  • Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of his matter
  • Made misrepresentations [lied] to his client
  • Lacked thoroughness and preparation in a client matter
  • Failed to comply with client information requests
  • Failed to expedite client litigation
  • Knowingly made a false statement of fact or law
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Chad by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Chad practices at 117th Avenue North in St. Cloud, Minnesota.
