Attorney Mark Savin of Minneapolis; ethical dwarf

The state of Minnesota presented Mark David Savin with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Represented a client directly adverse to another client of his law firm

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

And lastly, as one would suspect, Mark and his firm fail to mention the above misconduct on their self-serving website at www.fredlaw.com.   Apparently, they chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Mark practices with Fredrikson & Byron PA at 200 South Sixth Street in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
