Attorney Paul Carlson of Wadena, MN; ethical troll

The state of Minnesota presented Paul Francis Carlson with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Hamline University School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Negligently misappropriated [stole] client funds
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to safeguard client funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Paulie practices at 325 Franklin Drive SW in Wadena, Minnesota.
