Attorney Richard Mollin Jr. Gonvick, MN; liar, repeat offender

 

The state of Minnesota presented Joshua Reace Williams with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Hamline University School of Law.

 

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Dick’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Engaged in misconduct involving at least six client matters
  • Engaged in several conflicts of interest
  • Filed proposed findings with court in divorce matter w/o providing copy to opposing counsel
  • Commenced sheriff’s sale upon real property without determining whether the debtor had an interest in the property in question

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Josh by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

 

Dick’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • While prosecuting two felony controlled-substance crime cases, Dick made knowingly false statements in discovery responses to defense counsel
  • Failed to disclose and/or timely disclose exculpatory evidence to the defense
  • Misconduct led to exclusion of testimony from a reliable confidential information on one of the criminal felony controlled-substance crime cases
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Josh by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.
