Attorney Patrick Nwaneri of St. Paul, MN; perjurer

The state of Minnesota presented Patrick Chinedu Nwaneri with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the College of Law in St. Paul and the University of Nigeria.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Patty guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Filed an untimely appellate brief
  • Made false statement under oath [perjury] by filing affidavit containing false information
  • Lied to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Patty!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license and assessed $900.00 in costs.

Because Attorney Misfits in Minnesota are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Patty was never criminally charged or prosecuted for perjury.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Patty practices with the Nwaneri Law Firm PLLC at 1885 University Avenue West in St. Paul, Minnesota.

As one would suspect, Patty fails to mention said misconduct on his self-serving website at www.nwaneri.com. Apparently, Patty decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so as to not limit his future victim pool.
