Attorney Gary Meyer of Eden Prairie, MN; ethical leprechaun

The state of Minnesota presented Gary L. Meyer with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Harmline University Law School.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer Regulation found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter,Gary signed a deceased client's signature (forgery) to an authorization for release of information to a government agency.

In another matter, Gary improperly mad contact with a party he knew or should have known was represented by counsel.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 30-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Gary.

As one would suspect, Gary doesn’t disclose the aforementioned forgery on his self-serving website at www.meyerpuklich.com. Apparently, Gary decided to conceal this highly relevant information from prospective client so as to not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Gary practices with Meyer Puklich & Merriam at 8921 Aztec Drive in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
