Attorney Jacqueline Kalk of Minneapolis; lying loser  

The state of Minnesota presented Jacqueline Elise Kalk with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from Harvard University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Jackie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made false statement to a court regarding her own adoption
• Filed an affidavit with court wherein she falsely stated that she did not know how to contact her ex-husband, father of the children Jackie was seeking to adopt

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Jackie by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

Because Attorney Misfits in Minnesota are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Vicki was never criminally charged for perjury.
