Attorney Joseph Bernard of Springfield, MA; moronic loser 

The state of Massachusetts presented Joseph D. Bernard with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Western New England University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (Idiot)
• Failed to zealously represent his client
• Failed to adequately prepare his client’s case

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Joey’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Joey practices with the Law Offices of Joseph D. Bernard PC at 73 State Street in Springfield, Massachusetts.
