The state of Massachusetts presented Richard Askenase with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the New England University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly reconcile trust account every 60 days
• Check register lacked client identifiers
• Failed to maintain individual client ledgers
• Negligently missed used trust funds
• Improperly deposited personal funds into office trust account

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Dave practices at 11 Pleasant Street in Worcester, Massachusetts.
