Attorney Desmond Fitzgerald of Boston; moronic loser

The State of Massachusetts presented Desmond Fitzgerald with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from New England School of Law.

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Desmond guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to reasonably explain legal matter to client
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to withdraw as counsel in an immigration matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers punished Desmond by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Desmond practices with FitzGerald & Company LLC at 185 Devonshire Street in Boston, Massachusetts.
