Attorney E. James Veara of South Yarmouth, MA; cheating loser 

The state of Massachusetts presented E. James Veara with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Boston College School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Jimmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Lacked remorse regarding misconduct
• Charged a clearly excessive fee (cheater)
• Engaged in conduct reflecting adversely on fitness to practice
• Refused to acknowledge the wrongfulness of the misconduct
• As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.
