Attorney Elizabeth Vacca of Milton, MA; rubber check aficionado

The state of Massachusetts presented Elizabeth Vacca with a law license in 1995 after she graduated from Boston University School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Liz guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• For nearly five years, Liz’s trust account was not properly reconciled every sixty days
• Check register lacked client identifiers
• Failed to maintain individual ledgers for each client matter
• Failed to maintain ledger for her personal funds in her trust account to cover bank charges
• Wrote at least two checks on insufficient funds account (rubber)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Liz by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. May 2022), Liz practices her so-called brand of law with the McDevitt Law Group at 2 Granite Avenue in Milton, Massachusetts.
