Attorney Kathleen Cross of Gloucester, MA; deceitful loser

The state of Massachusetts presented Kathleen E. Cross with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Northeastern University School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Kathy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Falsely claimed she had perfected service of a complaint on the defendant when in fact it was her friend that so acted

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Kathy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. April 2019) Kathy practices at Four Harrison Avenue in Gloucester, Massachusetts.
