Attorney William Chignola Jr. of Auburndale, MA; thieving loser

The state of Massachusetts presented William L. Chignola Jr. with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Boston University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Charged and collected clearly excessive fees (thief)
• Failed to reconcile IOLTA account
• Failed to maintain all required trust account records
• Failed to provide client with contemporaneous written disclosure of each fee withdrawals and a
• Failed to provide client with full written accounting upon final distribution of settlement funds
• Commingled client funds with personal funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2018) Billy practices with Harbor Real Estate LLC at 450 Lexington Street in Auburndale, Massachusetts.
