Attorney Harry Najim of Wichita, KS; convicted felon

The state of Kansas presented Harry Louis Najim with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law.

The Kansas Disciplinary Board found Harry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Provided legal services to an undercover agent who was engaged in a conspiracy to commit wire fraud and contraband cigarette trafficking
• Undercover agent paid Harry $16,500 in cash, but Harry did not notify his law firm so it could report the payment to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network despite his knowing a report of that amount was required by law
• Convicted of structuring cash transactions to evade reporting, a federal felony

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Harry by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. October 2020), Harry practices with the Najim Law Office PA at 7676 East Polo Drive in Wichita, Kansas.
