Attorney David Nelson of Wichita; serial offender

The state of Kansas presented David L. Nelson with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Kansas Law School.

The Kansas Disciplinary Board found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Dave’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received three (3) admonitions for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Dave practices with the Nelson Law Offices at 262 North Waco in Wichita, Kansas.
