Attorney Michael Millett of Overland Park, KS; ethical gremlin

The sate of Kansas presented Michael Allen Millett with a law license in 1997.

The Kansas Board for Discipline of Attorneys found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improper dealings with unrepresented person
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Pled guilty to official obstruction of a police officer
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (September 2015) Mike practices with the Law Office of Michael A. Millett PA at 8008 Floyd in Overland Park, Kansas.
