Attorney Martin McCloskey of Elkhart, IN; moronic cheater

The state of Indiana provided Martin A. McCloskey with a law license in 2006.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Marty guilty of the following misconduct. 

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Client’s appeal was dismissed for lack of prosecution by Marty
• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to file notice of appeal within statutory time limit
• Charged an unreasonable fee (cheater)
• Failed to expedite client’s litigation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Jacob by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2014) Martin practices with the McCloskey Law Office at 301 North Nappanee Street in Elkhart, Indiana.
