Attorney Seth Haynes of Indianapolis; slacker, loser

The state of Indiana provided Seth Brendon Haynes with a law license in 2015 after he graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Jason guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep a client reasonably informed about the status of a matter
• Failed to take steps to the extent reasonably practicable to protect a client’s interests upon termination of representation
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Jason by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license as of February 22, 2022.

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Seth will resume his so-called practice of law with the Law Offices of Seth Haynes at 2929 East 96^th Street in Indianapolis, Indiana in January 2023.
