Attorney Richard Kurth of Indianapolis; thieving loser

The state of Illinois presented Richard Frederick Kurth with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from DePaul University Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dick He misappropriated (stole) funds that he had deposited in his client trust account in connection with five different client matters.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.
