Attorney David Butsch of Connersville, IN; felonious drunk

The state of Indiana provided David Robert Butsch with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Dayton Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dave pled guilty to one count of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a felony.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2018) Dave practices with the Butsch Law Office at 422 Central Avenue in Connersville, Indiana.
