Attorney Timothy Broden of Lafayette, IN; convicted drunk

The state of Indiana provided Timothy Paul Broden with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of Notre Dame Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Timmy pled guilty to Operating a Vehicle White Intoxicated and Resisting Law Enforcement, each of which is a class A misdemeanor.

Subsequently, Timmy was sentenced to six months of home detention and order to participate in an alcohol counseling program. It is rumored that Timmy opted to enroll in the Mel Gibson Sobriety Institute located in Hollywood, California.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 60-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Timmy.
