Christopher Hollander of Carmel, IN; convicted loser

The state of Indiana provided Christopher Alan Hollander with a law license in 2007

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Chris guilty of the following misconduct. 

• Pled guilty to patronizing a prostitute
• Attempted to counsel/assist client in conduct he knew was criminal
• Attempted to charge unreasonable fee(sex for legal services)
• Engaged in a conflict of interest 
• Improperly solicited employment in-person, by phone, or by real-time electronic contact from a person with whom the lawyer has no prior relationship
• Engaged in conduct reflecting adversely on fitness to practice law
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit,
• Attempted to obtain sex or fellatio in exchange for legal services
  or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Chris by gifting her with a complimentary 1-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2016) Dave will have his law license reinstated sometime in March or April 2016.
