Attorney Ragen Hatcher of Gary, IN; moronic loser

The state of Texas presented Ragen Heather Hatcher with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Tulane University Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Ragen guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Ragen represented the estate of a deceased person whose representative filed a lawsuit to recover owed wages against an employer.

The problem for Ragen when she accepted the representation of the deceased persons’ lawsuit was that she also represented the employer that was being sued by her client.

Apparently, Ragen the Moron does not possess the intellectual acumen to appreciate the term “conflict of interest.”

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Ragen by gifting her with another complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2015), Ragen practices with the Hatcher Law Group LLC in Gary, Indiana.
