Attorney Scott Webb of Anderson, IN; lying loser

The state of Indiana provided Scott Lewis Webb with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Indiana University Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Scotty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Made a false statements as to a material fact in connection with a disciplinary matter (Up yours, said Scotty!)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to explain matter to allow client to make informed decisions re: representation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Scotty by gifting him with a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2015) Scotty practices at 33 West 10^th Street in Anderson, Indiana.
