Attorney Alison Yohanna of Chicago, IL; deceitful liar

The state of Illinois presented Alison Marie Yohanna with a law license in 2009 after she graduated from DePaul University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Commission found Alison guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• While working as an investigator for the Civilian Office of Police Accountability ("COPA") in Chicago, Alison repeatedly, and without authorization, accessed a private database of police records in violation of the terms of her employment
• Alison falsely reported that another COPA investigator, whom she wrongly suspected of having reported her misconduct, was planning on carrying out a mass shooting at the COPA office
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Alison by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2023), Alison practices her so-called brand of law at 652 West Gordon Terrace in Chicago, Illinois.
