Attorney Karen Boscamp of Morton, IL; cheating liar

The state of Illinois presented Karen Linden Boscamp with a law license in 2011 after she graduated from Drake University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Commission found Karen guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Used $57,000 of trust funds without authority for her own purposes (cheater)
• Failed pleading in court she knew to be false
• Knowingly offered evidence she knew to be false
• Filed an affidavit with the court that she knew contained false statements
• Provided false testimony to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Karen!)

Because Attorney Misfits in Illinois are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Karen was never criminally prosecuted for perjuring herself.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Karen by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. October 2022), Karen practices her so-called brand of law with the Casey Law Office LLC at 318 South Main Street in Morton, Illinois.
