Attorney Sakina Carbide of Chicago; ethical dwarf

The state of Illinois presented Sakina Carbide with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of Denver School of Law.

The Illinois State Bar found Warren guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to promptly deliver to a client certain property that she was entitled to receive, namely her legal permanent resident card
• Failed to adequately communicate with a client
• Engaged in conduct which did not comport with the level of professionalism required of an attorney

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Sakina by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
